Pre-order
Each MUSÁ capsule is produced in quantities set in advance, in a family atelier that works for a small number of houses. Pre-ordering lets you reserve your piece before production begins, so that only what will be worn is made.
How it works
1. You choose your piece, your color and your size.
2. You pay when you order, which reserves your piece at the launch price.
3. Quantities per size are adjusted to the pre-orders received, then the atelier sews the pieces in small batches.
4. You receive a message at every step, then when your order ships.
The questions we are asked
When does my piece ship? From October 30, then delivery in 3 to 4 business days in France. If anything at the atelier moves this date, you will be the first to know by email.
Can I cancel? Yes, at any time before shipping, and within 14 days of receipt as with any order. Write to us at bonjour@musaparis.fr.
Can I exchange the size? Yes, within 14 days of receipt, subject to availability.
What about sizes XL and XXL? They are produced only during the pre-order window.
Will there be a restock? No. As a rule, a capsule once produced does not come back.
